Objectives

1. To build up a positive atmosphere at school and to nurture students’ moral characters, including self-discipline, obedience to school regulations and sense of responsibility.
2. To create a caring, peaceful and loving environment in school so that teachers and students can be equal, trustful and helpful to each other.

Major Tasks

1. To provide students with preventive, corrective and developmental programmes and activities.
2. To implement the school policy of Whole-School Positive Discipline and to offer support to teachers on fostering students’ personal growth.
3. To support and upgrade teachers’ classroom management skills and raise  their awareness of promoting of students’ personal growth.
4. To strengthen class teachers’ role in pastoral care and promote collaboration.
