MR. PANG WAI SHING

Biography

Upon graduation from the Fung Kai Secondary School in 1981, Mr. Pang studied civil engineering in the University of Hong Kong. He joined the Government as a civil engineering graduate trainee in 1984. He became a profession engineer in 1989. Since then, he participated in planning, design and construction of various engineering infrastructure and development projects in different government engineering departments. He is now the Deputy Director of Drainage Services, Drainage Services Department.
